"World Downfall" indeed. I have a feeling this will not be good.

Man, I'm "Extremely" disappointed with the new Morbid Angel record. I can't get over it. LOL What were they thinking?!

Blame it on Gayvid Vincent and his Ramstein fetish

They've tarnished Terrorizer's once with Dark Days and that should be enough. Why not just form another band and leave the legacy fuckin alone.
Any band with Vincent or Sandoval name stamped on it will surely sell like pop cakes (if ever there's such).

Blame it on Gayvid Vincent and his Ramstein fetish Gayvid. I'm curious to know who wrote the songs on the new record. Yun pala si Commando.

With the Terrorizer "reunion" happening, I guess rumors invented by one standby who I spoke with, will dispel the rumors (note how I spelled it; if you spell it with a "u", then consider yourself GAY) that it was David Vincent who fired Pedro Penduko's rayuma ass!
And that Nader Sadek SUCK ASS. Who the hell does he think he is?! Some random reject who does guitar tech for Mayhem, BIG DEAL. Calls his "band" by his GIVEN NAME, invites a washed out old death metal fart in Steve Tucker, Flo does a shit performance (like he could care less), and Nadek allegedly has ripped off the artists who lent their "talents" to this abomination of a record.

So pinakinggan ko "Too Extreme!" from youtube. Laugh trip amp! I've never been this gobsmacked since I first heard Cryptopsy's "Bemoan the Martyr".
The lyrics were also pretty wtf. "We've come to spread our insane!" Then again, MA had some pretty nu-metalish lyrics and song titles in the past. "World of Shit" anyone?

(in a Mike Enriquez tone) "Excuse me po" *ubo ubo* "World of Shit" was written many, many years before nu-metal (the bands, its listeners, isama niyo na din ang ex-listeners na ngayo'y DEATH MENTAL na) was even in existence. It was even written many many years before you decided you wanted to become a metalhead. * PS: Sige, go ahead and "Likes this"

That song title just irked me a bit, considering the ones on previous albums. Still a good song though, imo. Nga pala, boss Emil. Inadd kita sa FB di mo naman kino-confirm invite ko.. *posts passive-aggressive "patama" shoutout on Wall..

^^^Dude, that song pre-dated Nu-metal by several years. And just 'coz it irked you doesn't mean it's a nu-metal song title. Sorry to react this way but that's one of the standout tracks from Covenant and one of my personal fave MA track.
Ayaw i-confirm? Alam na! Ha ha ha!

Hmm, perhaps I could've worded my initial post better. Ah, fuck it. It's their songs. The band can name them whatever they want.

Sheesh! I know it predates nu-metal. It didn't seem like it from your post. For how can a song title be nu metal when nu metal didn't exist when the song title was created? Yeah, probably just a poor selection of words on your part to express what you meant to say.

^ Ewan ko lang ha. It sounded to me like the repentant martyr who "was only kidding" when the world tells him he's wrong.
Sabi mo kasi, and I quote, "...MA had some pretty nu-metalish lyrics and song titles in the past. "World of Shit" anyone?"
Dun namula mata ko sa "in the past" eh.

Ah ganun ba? My post was suggesting Morbid Angel were nu-metalish in the past. That is SO not what I meant. I just thought they could be more creative with the title and lyrics of that song. The use of the word "shit" in that song was kind of a surprise to me, considering the lyrics of previous albums..

^ So bottomline is, it doesn't matter if this particular song was written/released in 1993 - they sound "nu-metallish" in your book. And that here you are, stating that they could have been a little more creative _in 1993_.
Pardon my ignorance lang ha, pero I wasn't aware a word like "shit" is "nu-metallish"
