I don't really think of myself as a gamer but i definitely enjoyed playing 'Black' on PS2. We're waiting for them to come out with a multiplayer version preferably one with team play and all against all type setups that would get me hard. I kinda prefer PC platform games even obsolete Halflife Mods, but that's just me....

we like horror survival games, since the first Silent Hill came out. the kids and i would all be in our bedroom yelling and screaming while mario does the controls. i do the puzzles and such. i highly recommend Resident Evil 4 (great playability(?), graphics and thrills, sarap din magtrip), Fatal Frame 3 (scary as shit) and Kuon (perhaps the most underrated horror game of it's genre, astig setting and story and characters, pati si joel na batikan napatili). ok din Silent Hill 3, didn't like the fourth one though.

you should get a PS2, its much cheaper now. pero buy it locally, 'cause i got one in HK and it cost me 3k more to get it modified here so it turned out to be more expensive. i think the Silent Hill movie will be shown in theaters here real soon. aliw their website - www.sonypictures.com/movies/silenthill - i hope it's as good as the games.

o crap! 6k?! RE Silent Hill 4 - parang slow yung start nya e, pabalikbalik masyado and i don't like the view pag nasa room sya, dunno what you call that, basta yung perspective nya. madami din nagsasabi ok daw yun so we'll give it another shot when we have time. try nyo KUON! kuon.agetec.com/

I'm not much of a PS2 gamer (although Tekken ang favorite communal game ng mga BIF people), but Thief 1 & 2 and System Shock 2 on the PC are pretty scary games at times.

For a while I was addicted to the Resident Evil series on PS1, and the first Silent Hill. Then when I got my PS2 I was sick of the gaming shit and it was used mostly as a DVD player, so I sold it. I havent gotten into PC games yet 'cause when I'm on the computer it's mostly Cubase, Protools, and Photoshop that I'm working on. No time for anything else.

Protools ka ba? How do you like it? I'm a Sonar person. Yeah I have Protools LE that was made for PC...it's pretty much the same as Cubase SX, I haven't even tapped into what it can really do. I think I like Cubase the best though, I know that program inside out, and the interface is very simple unlike Protools. I also use a synth/sampling program called Fruityloops. I don't have real keyboards at home, it's all step recording and sequencing. I'm sorry but I tried the early Cakewalk shit and I hate it. I have a friend who loves Sonar though, but when I gave him a copy of Cubase the 'ol cake took a walk. I think they're all similar in basic function - it's just a matter of personal preference. Oh, and my old four-track ended up in a pawnshop somewhere.

I started out on Fruityloops, then moved to Sonar 3 and then 4. I do everything there as much as I can so I don't have to keep switching apps. I didn't get into the old school Cakewalk, DB here is the guy for that.
