I wonder how many of you are particular in what comes out of your left and right speakers?
Recordings with multi channel sound always fascinates me. This doesn't just apply on twin guitar recording but on drums and vocals as well. Crash, floor toms and china in the right, ride and toms on the other channel, snare and bass at the center. Panning the toms from left to right fascinates me a lot so is the psychedelic vocal panning.
Combined stereo ripping is an absolute NO No for me.

I'm not really particular about it because most of the bands that I'm personally into usually have low budget recordings, hehehe... When I started listening to Slayer, that was the time I got to appreciate such recording wonders.

Depends on what i'm listening to. Masarap yung mga warm sound with lots of space sa instruments kapag "regular rock" music. That's why a bunch of late 60's to 70's music rule.

I believe that mixing is also an art kaya trip ko talaga yung multi-channeled recordings.

Thanks a lot for sharing this info. i have a very limited idea of multi-channeled recordings. Anyway, for the insights. It's a new learning for me. __________________ shop
