If you don't like Geddy Lee's voice they have instrumentals for your listening pleasure.

Ang alam ko sa 1st track ng Suck On This, they used YYZ to introduce John The Fisherman. Pero yung buong track wala pa akong naririnig.

One of my favorite prog bands. It was their song 'Subdivisions' (especially the version on "A Show of Hands") which made me explore their music. A friend of mine likened Geddy Lee's voice to that of Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys. Great band though.

Got into Rush with the "Roll the Bones" album, and from there went forward and backward through their discog. I can't call myself an expert though, and definitely I cannot wrap my head around their weirder stuff (like "Farewell to Kings").

Geddy Lee sounds like Neil Tennant? ... ... I can't quite hear that. Well it was a friend who said that. There's some similarities if you listen hard. Pareho kasing nasal-ly, high-pitched yung boses nila e. I'm looking for this Rush song, the title escapes me right now. Madalas sya pinapatugtog sa NU dati and even recently pag all-request weekends. It's not Subdivisions nor is it Tom Sawyer. I think it came from one of their latter-day albums. I want to know the title so I can download it. Can anyone lend a hand?

Can anyone lend a hand? 2 songs come into mind; "Roll The Bones" from ROLL THE BONES (1991) and "Half The World" from TEST FOR ECHO (1996) These two tracks had tremendous airplay on the date of their respective releases on NU 107.

I'm sure it's not Roll the Bones 'coz I'm familiar with that song (I hate that rap part). So I'll try Half the World away then. Thanks!

I finally the found the Rush song I was thinking of. It was from the album "Roll the Bones" all along but a different track - "Dreamline". Stubborn me was convinced it didn't come from that album but Youtube finally proved me wrong:

My favorite song by Rush is, ironically, one of their simpler compositions ("Working Man").
