One of my favorite classic rock band. The band, which consists of Ginger Baker (drums), Jack Bruce (bass/vocals) and Eric Clapton (guitar/vocals) lasted only 3 years but their music lives on.
I only have a couple of their album and a best of compilation and DL some live bootleg. I wish i coould have their complete discography.
I like almost all of their songs but Tales Of Brave Ulysses, White Room, Born Under A Bad Sign, Pressed Art, Sunshine Of Your Love and Strange Brew are top notch.

Made me wonder, how many among us listens to blues music, from delata to blues rock.

In my opinon Pink floyd almost dethroned Beatles in that era ;D but that's just me hehe.I always believe that blues was the root of rock and metal but thats just me again hehe.My first encounter with blues music was through my uncle's records when i was around 6th grade bands like Howlin wolf and muddy waters its association with rock that made me curios, for it was the basic foundation of bands like FREE and john mayall and the blues breakers Cream etc. so it made me take it deeper and research more so names like Robert Johnson and john lee hooker came out when i found out about delta blues it was such a relief to be able to hear Robert johnson stuff bec. he played such a big role as an ambassador of american blues music. i was able to evaluate the relevance of his stuff to what was the emerging blues rock scene that was emerging during the 60's and 70's.

The first time i heard blues breaker hindi ko masyado maintindihan but when i discovered delta blues that's when i started to fully appreaciate the drama, angst, sex appeal, and anger of the blues. dun ko na binalikan ulit yung british blues. I'd say one of the best example of current blues powered metal band is motorhead. I totally agree with you on pink floyd,
