Just had Chicken Curry for lunch. I wish they would cook this more often though. I just noticed na pag tipong tinatamad magluto ang mga tao dito, pritong manok or pritong baboy ang niluluto. Hindi kasi ako marunong magluto at taga-kain lang ako kaya hindi ako maka-complain.

I had pig guts the other day, which is why ol' dumbass's question set me off.

SOME IGNORANT, PAROCHIAL WHITE POSTED THIS:
Question: Why do asians eat the nastiest parts of the animals?
Question Details: Okay so I like chinese food but every now and then my friend will order some really strange ****. Now I can never get the taste of pig guts out of my mouth. Whenever I burp now it tastes like pig guts and every now and then, I'll eat something and suddenly think of the pig guts. That stuff is the nastiest **** I have ever tasted, and he was just grubbing down like a pound of it. I already decided it was the nastiest stuff I have ever tasted before I asked what it was. Not even the chicken feet or frog soup was that bad. Now every time I hang out with him I can't get the image of his mouth grubbing on the pig guts like its delicious out of my mind. I just refuse to believe that someone likes the taste of pig guts. That **** was kinda spicy and he probably liked the seasoning and couldn't taste that weird putrid taste for some reason. And pigs are actually the most anatomically similar mammals to humans, on the inside. That's why I don't eat pork. If you wonder what human flesh would taste like, eat pork meat. If you wonder what a FAT humans guts would taste like, the part that a fat person's poop runs through before it hits the toilet, eat pig intestines. No, I don't drink milk. But it doesn't taste nearly as bad as pig guts.
I POSTED THIS REPLY:
Deleted Answer: Why do non-asians eat the nastiest parts of animals? Bacon - Salted, dried fat and flesh. Haggis- Sheep's heart, lungs liver and sweetbread boiled with fat and suet in sheep's stomach. Spam - Off cuts. That is to say: lips, ears, hooves, skin and sometimes @ssholes, you know, that little bit where a pig would have to wipe if it were a FAT HUMAN. Hotdogs & sausages - Off cuts. With enough ketchup and mustard you'll never taste the weird putrid taste of the pig guts the casing is made of. Have a side of fries or onion rings to go with your weiner, if the nasty pig gut taste doesn't put you off, eating something that grew in dirt, where worms and snails f#ck and sh%t shouldn't. Chicken nuggets - Off cuts, but from chicken instead of pork or beef. Blood sausage - Coagulated blood in intestines. Butter and cheese - From a purely chemical perspective both are essentially spoiled and/or rotten milk. Not a nasty part of an animal but still .... Veal - FYI if you wonder what people taste like, try some veal not pork. Damn, now I'm hungry. I feel like eating a FAT HUMAN, uhh, I mean some VEAL (yeah, good save). But since I'm asian I guess I'll swing 'round the local pig guts joint. Get me a pound of the good stuff... with plenty of seasoning of course. PRICK.

SO I WROTE 'EM BACK CHALLENGING THEIR HYPOCIRTICAL HORSESHIT:
Some white guy can make a blanket generalization about asians, comparing some of our more unusual (unusual to westerners) fare to something rather like cannibalism. While we can't tell him off by demonstrating that non-asians eat some things that have the same general qualities he decries in our cuisine. Seems to me like there's a double standard here. Makes no difference to me sirs, if you delete my comment or not. I'll be the first to admit it is insulting. However I am one asian who has never stood for taking any shit from ignorant bigots, and if that means throwing it back in their faces, then that's what I'm going to do. My German uncle was outraged when he learned that we were eating a dog delicacy on the beer table hehe. I was also outraged the first time I saw shit eating porn and guesss where it's from? Hehehe... By the way, it's cool that you have a relative from Germany. Accomodation would be easier and cost less for you if you plan to attend metal fests down there.

Today and a couple days ago I had one of the strangest yet good tasting treat to beat the summer heat- HUMMUS ICE CEAM.
Some of you may be familiar with HUMMUS TAHINI, an arabic appetizer made of ground chick peas (garbansos) drizzled with olive oil. Hummus ice cream tastes just like that except of course it's sweet and creamy. Not as good as my favorite mango flavor but for those of you who wants to try something exotic check it out. And do try ROSEWATER ICE CREAM too, another exotic arabic ice cream that taste way better thn Humus Ice Cream.
And tonight's dinner was equally tasty: FRIED TAPANG CAMEL. No shit, but it taste much better than beef or lamb.
